His areas of focus span ecommerce customer care and fulfillment experience, in-store experience initiatives, guest feedback channels, as well as corporate client relations. Joe and his team utilize direct feedback from the kate spade new york guest in all direct-to-consumer channels to help shape the Company’s omnichannel and customer-centric approach. Joe began his career in Gap stores, and then spent several years in store operational roles throughout the Fifth and Pacific and Liz Claiborne, Inc. organizations.
